In connection with the implementation of the administrative agreement to the Federal Fund pursuant to § 3 (4) of the Law on Cooperation and Information in Child Protection, the Ministry of Children, Youth, Family, Equality, Escape and Integration of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (MKJFGFI) collects and processes your personal data with you or with third parties entitled to it. In addition, the web-based application of Guter Start NRW processes data. The provider of these websites automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files for the duration of 7 days, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

These data are not intended to identify persons. This data is not combined with other data sources. The data is required for troubleshooting. We only use the personal data you have entered to solve the usage problems or application errors described by you and to contact you in this regard. Disclosure to third parties who are not involved in solving the problem does not take place.

We will delete the personal data that we receive via your contact as soon as storage is no longer necessary for the purpose pursued or in connection with administrative processes triggered therewith and the retention obligations applicable thereto.

All emails sent by this website are sent to the address you provide. The address is not published and is used only for the abovementioned purpose, service or function.

A right to rectification is yours in accordance with Article 16 GDPR, provided that your processed personal data is incorrect. If the statutory requirements are met, you may request the deletion of your data or the restriction of the processing of data in accordance with Article 17 GDPR. 9. Web analysis

The open source tool Matomo is used for statistical evaluation of usage. Matomo is hosted by IT.NRW.

Matomo is incorporated by JavaScript with cookie-free tracking. The IP address as a personal date is anonymized. The use of cookies is generally disabled. Matomo serves to collect statistical data, such as the visits to the website. However, personal data are not collected.
